| Customers are expected to provide all necessary information (This includes references, poses, mood boards, and any additional details not visually provided.) before the lineart process on the commission has begun. Small changes can always be made to the sketch-excluding entirely different pose changes. |
| It's preferred that all references provided by the customer are digital artworks to ensure accurate colors. |

| Extra: If you aren't able to pay for your commission then do not start the commission process with me. It's not my responsibility to accommodate to your financial situation. Backing down or ghosting will result in being blacklisted and you will not be refunded. |
| You are allowed to repost my art with credit. You can use your commission as a profile picture, banner, reference, emotes, etc. with credit. |

♡ Production and delivery ♡
Commissions can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. I am a full time college student and often have a large queue.
I work on commissions in the order of the queue list on my Trello. If you wish to track the stage of your commission, I can send my Trello link. I will do my best to update customers if the commission will take longer than the expected finish date.
Commissions with a paid rush fee will be prioritized.
Commissions can be provided through email for better quality.

I require payment upfront for all commissions and you have up to 2 days to send payment. I don't do holds or payment plans as my commissions are always open.
Same day turnaround is only available when commissioning an icon or itty bitty chibi. (Schedule and payment processing may affect this)
Tips are never required but always appreciated!!
♡ COMMUNICATION ♡
I make sure the customer is aware of all major stages of the commission, either through DM or through my Trello. This includes the start of the sketch process, the start of the coloring process, the start of the shading process, and finally the finished product.
I always send the sketch to the customer for approval regardless of the type of commission.
♡ Blacklist rules ♡
Blacklisted users who attempt to commission/contact me under a new account will be blocked immediately. Blacklist is permanent.
I have my own reasonings for blacklisting people, but know that I have not and will not send any people to attack anyone blacklisted. I do not want drama and I try to my best to handle all situations privately.
